and Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident about shopping with the Decent Things
and to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you have a problem
we want to help resolve that for you. All of our products come with
a 14 day no quibble guarantee, with the exception of personalised
items such as our range of personalised engraved seals.
We will replace any engraved item if it is faulty, defective or
has been incorrectly engraved from the details you supplied. We
cannot accept responsibility for your spelling mistakes or
omissions, so please ensure that your engraving details are clear
and spelt correctly (please include a contact number with your order
in case we have any queries)
If you have a problem please notify us as soon as possible –
call/fax 01694 771482 or email us and
we will advise you how to proceed.
If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact us and we
will arrange for a replacement or refund
Where goods are to be returned we will refund you in full for the
price you paid for the goods upon receipt of them in warehouse.
All goods must be returned in their original condition. You will
be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless
these goods are faulty/damaged or have been delivered by us in error).
Right to Cancel - In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within
7 Days of ordering.
Privacy Policy
We record only
your delivery details and sufficient contact information to enable
us to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We do not
hold your payment / card details, this is all handled securely by
PayPal.
We do not share your personal information with any third party.
